We utilize a combination of waterjet cutting and die-cutting to be able to cut gaskets into custom shapes required by our customers. At NEDC, we manufacture gaskets to customer-supplied drawings. The type of material, and the customer-supplied drawing may change the method of cutting used.

Most times with products that NEDC is supplying, they are available with a tape on the back of the product. Considering that, it is especially important to have adhesive assistance with LED Gaskets. Gasketing materials such as silicone rubber are available with tapes such as acrylic or silicone for adhering to the application. Acrylic tapes such as 9472, 9469PC, or 9485PC from 3M Company may accommodate different applications of LED sealing applications.
